Payments

Currently, we accept the following payment methods: COD, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and Debit Card. ( temporarily unavailable)

Payment for each order is made with complete security using a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card from any bank via SSL Security Protocol (Security Certificate & SSL Technology), which is confirmed through the VISA and MASTERCARD 3D Secure Network system.

Also, the possibility of payment via cash on delivery is given. 

Transactions exceeding  BGN 3900 can only be made by bank transfer, i.e., either by debit/credit card or via PayPal. Therefore, orders whose total price exceeds this amount cannot be paid by cash on delivery and, in the case of delivery via the Click & Collect service, payment must be made either by credit/debit card. 

The store has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of credit card transactions. However, if your credit card has been used fraudulently, the charge can be canceled upon request by the bank that issued the credit card, which should investigate your complaint or claim. For this reason, as soon as you become aware of any fraudulent use of your card, you are obliged to inform the issuing bank in order to cancel the card and prevent its use by unauthorised persons.

During the payment process, SARKKROM TRADING SRL has the right to perform credit checks. Based on the results of the credit checks, we may modify, adjust, or reject an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases, we will offer you the option to choose another payment method.

No, there is no additional charge.

Effective January 13, 2026, the operations of the Bulgarian Calvin Klein website were transferred to us (SARKK S.A.).

What does this mean for you?

From January 13, 2026 onwards:

• If you had an account with Calvin Klein, it has been deactivated and deleted. Therefore, any benefits linked to that account (such as birthday discounts, early access, or exclusive promotions) ended on that date.
  You can create a new customer account on Calvinklein.bg as of January 13, 2026.
• If you had a newsletter subscription, it has been cancelled.
  To continue receiving updates, offers, and news, you can create an account & subscribe to the new newsletter as of January 13, 2026.
• All orders placed on or/after January 13, 2026, as well as any related customer service communications, will be handled exclusively by us (SARKK S.A.)

What about orders placed before January 13, 2026?

What happens with your promo codes?

Any promo code issued for use on the Bulgarian Calvin Klein website were valid until January 12, 2026. After this date, they have all been deactivated.

What happens with your personal data?

Your personal data was not and will not be transferred to us (SARKK S.A.) as part of this transition. Unless required or permitted by law, your data will be deleted by Calvin Klein (PVH) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
