Delivery Time

Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the pickup location you have chosen. Standard delivery is usually within 3-6 business days of order confirmation, depending on your location, via Sameday courier service.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping: 2,00€ | 3,91BGN, and free for orders over 50,00€ | 98,00BGN.

Notification of Delays

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day. There may be a minor delay due to high demand, scheduled days off and reduced operations by our delivery partners during holidays or discount periods.

CARRIER OPTIONS

Your online order can be shipped to the address you provide during checkout (home, work, etc.) via Sameday courier services.

Orders, or parts of them, may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:

• Item(s) not available
• Unable to process payment information
• Duplicate order detected

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification email. You will not be charged for any cancelled items. If the cancellation occurs after payment due to stock unavailability, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Once an order has been cancelled, it must be placed again through our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, please contact our Customer Service team.

Our online store processes and ships orders exclusively within Bulgaria.

Deliveries can be made to all regions of Bulgaria. We always strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

Shopping at www.calvinklein.bg is simple and fast.

1. Browse our e-shop or search for your favorite products by name or product code using the search field.
2. Once you find the items you want and select the size and color, simply add them to your shopping cart.
3. When you are ready, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to place your order. If you have a promo code, you can enter it in the relevant field on the checkout page.You can choose to complete your order either as a registered user (if you already have an account or wish to create one) or as a guest (in which case you will need to enter all your details).
4. Select your delivery method and enter your shipping address.
5. Choose your payment method and fill in the required details.
6. Finally, review all your information and complete your order. A confirmation of your order will appear on your screen, and shortly after, you will also receive a confirmation email.

Once you complete your order, you will receive an email at the address you provided, informing you about the status of your order. To ensure you continue receiving our emails, please exclude our email address from your spam list or add it to your contacts. Keep these emails so you can refer back to them if needed.

Below are some examples of the emails you may receive:

• Order Confirmation: This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number, the items you selected, as well as your billing and shipping details.
• Shipping Confirmation: This email confirms that your order (or part of it) has left our warehouse. It also includes a link to track your order. Delivery times depend on the delivery area.
• Order Cancellation: This email confirms that your order has been cancelled. You may receive this email if you requested the cancellation yourself, if the items in your order are out of stock, or if we are unable to ship your order for any reason.

In the “My Account” section, you can check the status of your order, which will be one of the following:

• PENDING: Your order has been placed and will be processed as soon as possible.
• PROCESSING: Your order is being processed by our warehouse.
• DELIVERED: Your order has been delivered to the shipping address you selected.
• CANCELLED: Your order has been cancelled.

You can easily check the status of your order:

• Check your emails: You are required to provide your email address at checkout to receive emails regarding your order status. 
  
  
• Visit the official website: You can check your order status by selecting “My Account” if you are a registered customer. This is the easiest and fastest way to find information about your order, provided that you logged into your account when you placed it. When you click “My Account”, you will be asked to log in using your email and password. Once logged in, your order history will be available, showing information about your current as well as previous orders.
  
  
• Track your order via courier: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. With that number, you can track the status of your order through the official website of the courier here.
  
  
• Contact us: If you have additional questions regarding your order, you can always contact our Customer Service team via email at ck.support@sarkk.bg, or by filling out the Contact Form found here.

Effective January 13, 2026, the operations of the Bulgarian Calvin Klein website were transferred to us (SARKK S.A.).

What does this mean for you?

From January 13, 2026 onwards:

• If you had an account with Calvin Klein, it has been deactivated and deleted. Therefore, any benefits linked to that account (such as birthday discounts, early access, or exclusive promotions) ended on that date.
  You can create a new customer account on Calvinklein.bg as of January 13, 2026.
• If you had a newsletter subscription, it has been cancelled.
  To continue receiving updates, offers, and news, you can create an account & subscribe to the new newsletter as of January 13, 2026.
• All orders placed on or/after January 13, 2026, as well as any related customer service communications, will be handled exclusively by us (SARKK S.A.)

What about orders placed before January 13, 2026?

If you placed an order before January 13, 2026, it will be handled by Calvin Klein (PVH). For any questions or support related to these orders, please contact them at: service.eu@calvinklein.com

What happens with your promo codes?

Any promo code issued for use on the Bulgarian Calvin Klein website were valid until January 12, 2026. After this date, they have all been deactivated.

What happens with your personal data?

Your personal data was not and will not be transferred to us (SARKK S.A.) as part of this transition. Unless required or permitted by law, your data will be deleted by Calvin Klein (PVH) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
