Returns and Refunds

Items purchased from calvinklein.bg can only be returned via courier by following the steps described below. Returns are not accepted in any physical Calvin Klein store.

Return via Sameday

You may register your return in Sameday App or send us a request on ck.support@sarkk.bg. The Sameday courier will be notified and will arrive at the address provided in 2-3 business days to pick up the return. Don't forget to keep proof of shipment  in order to track your return.  Returned products are in your responsibility until they reach us. 

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with their original label attached. Returns will not be accepted if the items have been worn or washed. If the items have been damaged due to use, we reserve the right to return the product to the sender.

The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfumes (unless the original sealed packaging is intact).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging with the original label.
The return can be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with the original label attached.

The following items may not be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfumes (unless there is original sealed packaging).

Currently, we do not offer an exchange service.

If you’d like the item in a different colour or size, simply return your items within the return period stated in our return policy, which you can find in this FAQ section. You will be refunded in full within 10-14 business days after we've processed your return. You can reorder the items in the meantime, or after your refund has been processed.

In case of order return, the cash on delivery fee is non-refundable, regardless of the return method (refund or credit voucher).

*Please note that the time frame mentioned above for refunds is based on an average and may vary. During holidays and sales periods or public holidays, refunds may take a little longer.

**The time frame depends solely on the policy of the bank you work with. You can always check the status of your refund in your online account or by contacting your bank.

Returns are free of charge via Sameday courier service.

If you choose another courier company, you will have to bear the return costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Cash on delivery: If you paid for the products using cash on delivery, the refund for the returned product will be made by bank transfer to the specified account in the return form.

Payment by Credit Card/PayPal: The amount will be refunded to your credit card. The refund period depends on the bank and may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the request.

Effective January 13, 2026, the operations of the Bulgarian Calvin Klein website were transferred to us (SARKK S.A.).

What does this mean for you?

From January 13, 2026 onwards:

• If you had an account with Calvin Klein, it has been deactivated and deleted. Therefore, any benefits linked to that account (such as birthday discounts, early access, or exclusive promotions) ended on that date.
  You can create a new customer account on Calvinklein.bg as of January 13, 2026.
• If you had a newsletter subscription, it has been cancelled.
  To continue receiving updates, offers, and news, you can create an account & subscribe to the new newsletter as of January 13, 2026.
• All orders placed on or/after January 13, 2026, as well as any related customer service communications, will be handled exclusively by us (SARKK S.A.)

What about orders placed before January 13, 2026?

If you placed an order before January 13, 2026, it will be handled by Calvin Klein (PVH). For any questions or support related to these orders, please contact them at: service.eu@calvinklein.com

What happens with your promo codes?

Any promo code issued for use on the Bulgarian Calvin Klein website were valid until January 12, 2026. After this date, they have all been deactivated.

What happens with your personal data?

Your personal data was not and will not be transferred to us (SARKK S.A.) as part of this transition. Unless required or permitted by law, your data will be deleted by Calvin Klein (PVH) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
