The organizer of the "Calvin Klein Loyalty" loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as "Calvin Klein Loyalty") is Sarkk Bulgaria EOOD, with registered office and management address: Sofia 1517, 247 Botevgradsko Shosse Blvd., UIC 203286263.
Participants in the Program are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Regulations as set forth below (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”).
Registering as a Calvin Klein Loyalty member is free and no purchase of Calvin Klein products is required to become a member.
If you are a Calvin Klein Loyalty member, you will be able to take advantage of additional promotions, offers, services, events and much more organized by Sarkk Bulgaria EOOD. Membership will give you a personalized experience with the Calvin Klein brand, including additional offers, additional price reductions and personalized recommendations.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
1.1 Participation in Calvin Klein Loyalty is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who reside in Bulgaria and have a valid email account. Employees, directors, agents and representatives of Sarkk Bulgaria EOOD are eligible for membership but may be excluded from certain promotions.
Legal entities and individuals authorized by them, foundations, associations or other forms of collective organization may not participate. Membership may not be used for resale of purchased products or for profit in any way.
1.2 Membership in Calvin Klein Loyalty is nominal, only the person registered as a member may receive the benefits associated with the membership account, these benefits are not transferable and are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as other regulations, policies and procedures adopted by the Company and accepted by the member through participation in offers, prizes, purchases. Membership cannot be used for resale or profit. By registering with Calvin Klein Loyalty, you agree to participate in games and promotions organized by Calvin Klein Loyalty, intended exclusively for members of the loyalty program.
1.3 To become a Calvin Klein Loyalty member, you must fill in the required fields in the registration form (name, email, password, date of birth, etc.).
1.4 The registration form can be completed and submitted to selected Calvin Klein stores. From July 12, 2022, you will be able to register as a member by scanning the QR code that can be found in Calvin Klein stores (next to the checkout).
1.5. Sarkk Bulgaria EOOD reserves the right to refuse participation to any person who does not meet the criteria established in these General Terms and Conditions.
1.6 Membership can be cancelled at any time by the member via the newsletter or via the personal data request form available here.
1.7 By becoming a Calvin Klein Loyalty member, the applicant automatically accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which are also available in stores.
1.8 The General Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by Sarkk Bulgaria EOOD. The member is obliged to be informed of any change.
HONESTNESS
Calvin Klein Loyalty membership allows the user access to certain benefits and offers. Members will be notified of future and/or current benefits and promotions, as applicable, unless they have indicated that they do not wish to receive such notifications.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 All personal data collected through participation in Calvin Klein Loyalty will be used and shared exclusively and only for the purposes of communicating with Calvin Klein Loyalty about Calvin Klein products and events in accordance with the Privacy Policy of SARKK BULGARIA EOOD , provided that you have agreed to become a member of Calvin Klein Loyalty.
3.2 Sarkk Bulgaria EOOD is responsible for the processing of the personal data of Calvin Klein Loyalty members in accordance with applicable national and community data protection legislation.
You have the right to ask us:
- to provide you with access to your personal data that we collect and process;
- to correct or delete the personal data we collect and process, as well as to change or delete personal data;
- to restrict the processing of your personal data;
- to provide an electronic copy of your personal data for the purpose of transferring it to another company;
- to object to processing.

The General Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. All disputes arising from/or related to these General Terms and Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia.
