What can I do if a sales promo code doesn't work?
If a promo code or voucher is not working:
- Try the code on another item. Not all items may be eligible.
- Check if your promo code is still valid. Expired promo codes cannot be replaced
If the promo code is not working for different reasons, contact us, and customer service team will assist you further.
Can I return items I've bought on sale?
Yes, your order can be returned within 30 days after it has been delivered. Read more about returning goods in our return policy FAQ.
